Unshelved is one of my favorite comics that I read online. Today’s is a particularly good example.

There have been a few authors whom I’ve felt that way about. Lots of them are the “easy reads” which make the “worry” stage even harder. Some of those authors are: Diane Mott Davidson, Faye Kellerman, and Kurt Vonnegut.

I’m knitting with DPNs!!!

I can’t believe I’m actually doing it!!! I was given double pointed needles made from dowels by a friend in my knitting group, and I was terrified to touch them. They just looked too dangerous to me. But I cast on with a spare ball that I was given (I think it is Noro–but maybe not.), and I’m going to make a sock. The weird part is that I’m certain that I will have enough for even one sock. This will either become a momento of learning to knit socks, or a donation….we will see.

This is something all women know….especially married women!Researcher: Anger Common Before Injury It says that people (primarily men) who are angry are more likely to injure themselves.. Duh!
